President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is in Cairo, the first Iranian president to visit Egypt in more than 30 years. He was given a red-carpet welcome by Islamist President Mohamed Morsi but also had to dodge a shoe thrown by at him (and intercepted by a bodyguard) when he was leaving Cairo’s Al-Hussein mosque following prayers.
